Good things take sweet time. Wagyu is aged for 100 days, resulting in an intense savouriness and a buttery texture which is brought to a peak when it hits the flame. The Wagyu patty is joined by comte cheese, with its smooth and nutty alpine flavours, in a classic brioche bun. To really drive home the luxury point, a glistening pile of truffle fries add the finishing touch.
